Terms of Service
These terms apply when a clinic signs up for or uses DentiBuddy. By using the service, the clinic agrees to these terms.

What DentiBuddy provides
DentiBuddy offers guided clinic setup, patient registration through a clinic QR code, braces adjustment reminders in Messenger, and a link to book an available appointment. Features that depend on third-party connections are available when those connections are configured.
Clinic responsibilities
The clinic is responsible for:
- Connecting an authorized Facebook account, granting the requested permissions, and selecting the correct clinic Page during guided setup.
- Displaying or sharing the clinic QR code so patients can register themselves; a patient list is not required for QR registration.
- Keeping the adjustment interval, booking availability, and clinic policies accurate.
- Reviewing reminder wording and requested language changes before use, subject to supported messaging templates and platform approval.
- Tracking appointments made by phone, walk-in, or staff message separately; these do not automatically update a DentiBuddy reminder cycle.
- Keeping booking availability and clinic policies current.
- Responding when a patient needs clinical advice or human assistance.
- Using DentiBuddy in line with applicable laws and platform rules.
Not medical advice
DentiBuddy sends administrative reminders and booking links. It is not a dentist and does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or replace professional judgment. Clinics remain responsible for patient care and all clinical decisions.
Bookings and third-party services
Booking, Messenger, email, and calendar functions may depend on services operated by other providers. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies. Only bookings made through the online booking link can be detected automatically. The clinic is responsible for checking its schedule and appointment details, including bookings made another way.
Fees and cancellation
Joining the waitlist is free and does not start a trial. The advertised 30-day free trial starts when DentiBuddy is activated for the clinic. The currently advertised price after the trial is ₱1,499 per month if the clinic chooses to continue. Any billing arrangement will be confirmed with the clinic before a charge is due. A clinic may request cancellation by emailing support. Amounts already due remain payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service availability
We work to keep DentiBuddy available and accurate, but interruptions can happen. We may update, maintain, or temporarily limit the service when needed for security or reliable operation.
Acceptable use
A clinic must not use DentiBuddy for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity, attempt to disrupt the service, or access information it is not authorized to use.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access when a clinic materially violates these terms, fails to pay an amount due, creates a security risk, or uses the service unlawfully. When practical, we will contact the clinic first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as DentiBuddy changes. The updated date will be shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.
